Tri-color cheese filled tortellini sautéed with mushrooms, chicken,
and prosciutto in a rose cream sauce.
Chicken Penne Alfredo (I)
Penne pasta in an alfredo sauce with chicken.
Ravioli Crema Rosa (I)
Cheese-filled ravioli with tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a rose cream
sauce.
Ravili alla Bolognese (I)
Cheese fillled ravioli with homemade meat sauce.
Linguine Vongole (I)
Homemade linguine sautéed in olive oil with chopped clams, garlic
and parsley.
Served in your chioce of white wine or marinara sauce.
Cannelloni Alla Toscana (I)
Homemade pasta shells filled with seasoned veal, ground beef, spinach,
and ricotta cheese, topped with melted mozzarella cheese in a rose cream
sauce.
Lasagna Vegetariana (I)
A vegetarian style lasagna with pasta, ricotta, and roasted vegetables
and baked in a tomato sauce.
Lasagna (I)
Layers of homemade pasta, ricotta cheese, sausage and veal baked in a
tomato sauce with the chef's own special blend of herbs and spices.
Rigatoni alla Primavera (I)
Rigatoni pasta served with an assortment of vegetables in your choice of garlic oil, zesty marinara, or pesto cream sauce
Zuppe Di Cozze Posillipo O Ligure (I) Steamed fresh mussels in you choice of marinara or white wine, garlic and lemon sauce served over linguini.

Penne Fumigato (I) Penne pasta served with sautéed red onions, baby shrimp, and smoked salmon in a vodka cream sauce.
