Carmello’s Catering is a full service caterer that specializes in Italian and Portuguese cuisine. Let our friendly, professional staff serve your next corporate event, holiday party, private occasion, or rehearsal dinner. Thank you for considering Carmello’s Catering to host your next function. The following information is provided to give you an overview of our company and the options you will have when making your arrangements.
Carmello’s Catering offers three different options for your party:
Pick Up
The pick-up option is very similar to traditional carry out. This option is perfect for lunch meetings, open houses, or parties that you are hosting at home. Food is prepared hot or cold and is available in half or full tray orders. The pick up option is an inexpensive way to have excellent food with no effort apart from showing up at our door. Please call in advance to place an order.
Drop-Off
Delicious Italian and Portuguese food is available at your doorstep. The drop-off service makes hosting an event effortless. Like the pick-up option, food is prepared hot or cold and is available in half or full tray orders. Scheduling depends upon availability and thus requires a reservation.
There is a four half tray or two full tray minimum. A $25 dollar delivery fee accompanies orders within a 5-mile radius. An additional fee exists for deliveries outside the greater Manassas area.

Full Buffet Service
We offer a variety of exquisite Italian and Portuguese dishes presented buffet-style according to your needs. Our staff will set up and maintain the buffet using attractive, high-quality chaffing dishes and utensils. They will monitor the buffet line to ensure that the dishes remain sufficiently stocked and that the presentation remains trim. At the conclusion of the event, we provide clean-up services so you don’t have to.
Menu
Food selections are to be made in orders of ten. There is a minimum of forty people for all full-service catering jobs. The menu is based upon per-person pricing. Final guest count must be given ten days before event in order to ensure appropriate food amounts.

Equipment
Two equipment packages are available for rent (required for full service)
Package One: Wire chafers, plastic plates, forks, knifes, spoons and paper napkins ($2 per person)
Package Two: Stainless steal chafers, knives, forks, spoons, china, and linen napkins ($5 per person)
Gratuity & Tax
Applicable state (5.0%) and local (4.0%) sale tax will be assessed to the final bill. A 20% gratuity will be added to the bill for service.
Payment and Deposit
In order to book a function date, we require a deposit of ten dollars per person. We will then schedule a meeting to discuss menu options, location, estimated number of guests, etc. Once the menu selections and related logistics have been decided, we will present you with a contract and an estimate of the final bill.
Cancellations
Any cancellations less than fourteen days but no more than seven days in advance will result in a forfeit of a percentage of the deposit or can be rescheduled. Any cancellations within less than seven days will result in a forfeit of deposit.
Delivery
A delivery charge of 5% for will be assessed for jobs outside the
Manassas area.
Alcohol
Carmello’s Catering does not provide alcohol beverages. However
we do have a bartender to go service.
Bartender To-Go
Need a bartender for a special event? Try Bartender-to-Go. Our bartending
consultant will advise you on how to stock your bar and then provide
courteous and professional service. Rates are $75 for the first two
hours and $25 for each hour thereafter.
